As a first time buyer, Francois' patience and deep knowledge of the market was invaluable. He provided true end-to-end service at all stages of the purchase process from home visits to meetings with notaries etc. His calm, thoughtful advice was a great support when navigating complex, stressful situations such as multiple offers and deadlines. I will certainly work with Francois again in the future.
